Andrea Schaffell is Director of Shared Services at EQUANS UK/IE, an ENGIE Group company. She leads a multi-function service organisation providing back-office services to a range of EQUANS businesses and its customers. Andrea is a highly skilled executive, who has extensive practice leading global companies through business transformations. Andrea has managed in very complex organisation structures and has been a leader in the shared services space since the mid-90s supporting large, complex international organisations.
