Gayatri brings diverse experience in managing large international business Operations, Technology Implementations and Strategic business transformation teams across large global organizations. Currently working as a Site Head for Pune location, which is one the global Technology Hubs for Roche Informatics. She is part of the global leadership team for the group's strategic initiatives.

Her career spans across Indian Technology Services Organizations as well as Global Capability centers. She brings extensive experience in setting up and managing Shared Services and Global In-house centers with high performing teams.

Gayatri has led large Strategic Transformation Programs with expertise in devising and implementing Shared Service Strategy, Technology strategy and sourcing strategy for Offshore centers. She has led various innovation and transformation programs influencing Organizational change for business impacts, talent & culture change and organizational excellence.

Gayatri strongly believes in embracing change, continuous learning and being open for diverse roles. Thus, in addition to her core Technology and Business roles, she has led global teams for Quality, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial and Innovation. She is a firm supporter of women in Technology and has been a mentor and coach to many women leaders.
