An accomplished business leader with nearly three decades of global experience, Lalitha's professional career has been defined by strategic leadership in Consulting, Advisory, IT services, Digital Transformations, and Global Capability Centers, including significant roles at IBM and SAP.

Lalitha's expertise is evident in her recent roles as the Global Head of GBS/GCCs for Ingka Group, where she managed GCC's across multiple continents and as MD Country Leader for Cargill Business Services (CBS) India.

In her current role, Lalitha is the CEO of JLR TBSI, guiding its strategic vision, business enablement, and transformation. She is dedicated to building specialized capabilities and solutions across various enterprise functions, such as Product Engineering, Industrial Operations, Finance, Digital, and People & Organization, to achieve value-based outcomes and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Outside her professional responsibilities, Lalitha is deeply involved in the business community. She has been a prominent member of industry bodies, including her past positions on the NASSCOM GCC Council and as Chairperson of NASSCOM’s Karnataka Regional Council. With over a decade of experience on corporate boards, Lalitha continues to bring her leadership and insights to various organizations.
