Mamta Lamba is the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Process Excellence and Transformation at PepsiCo S&T. A transformation leader with over 25 years of experience in the industry, she plays a crucial role in advancing PepsiCo’s transformation agenda by driving end-to-end process standardization to accelerate deployment and drive efficient adoption of change across Sectors and Markets. She is responsible for developing and implementing methodologies, capabilities, and best practices in Change Management, Process Re-Engineering, Project Management, Value Realization, Enterprise Service Management, and Knowledge Management.

She has bachelor’s degrees in computer Networking and Business Management from the National Institute of Technology and Kurukshetra University, respectively. She excels in process re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and strategic planning. Her leadership in people and change management and her ability to harness data-driven decision-making and leverage artificial intelligence drive transformative process improvements.
