Mohit brings over 20 years of expertise in establishing Payroll and HR Shared Services across diverse industries. Since joining Reckitt in 2018 as Global Head of Payroll, he led a transformational initiative to streamline and centralize payroll operations across 70 countries. As part of Reckitt’s global HR transformation LT, Mohit also established HR Shared Services centers in five locations worldwide. Currently serving as HR Director, Global Shared Services & Payroll, Mohit continues to lead Reckitt’s global HR Shared Services, driving operational excellence and innovation.
