Priyanka is the Site Leader for the Johnson & Johnson Global Capability Center at Bengaluru. The site was recently launched for enabling the development of game-changing strategic solutions, embedding cross-functional capabilities to ensure high quality, end-to-end service delivery. She is a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience in the finance field, having experience across various geographies, with a passion for business transformation and continuous improvement. Priyanka started her career in Mumbai before moving to London with Johnson & Johnson 19 years ago and has recently relocated to Bengaluru. She strives to create a work environment where employees feel respected, valued and empowered.
