Vinod is the Managing Director of India for FlexAbility by AMS. Previously, he was the CEO and co-founding member of FlexAbility RPO, a business which AMS acquired after 12 years of being in partnership. He continues, to lead India business and is responsible to establish India as a key driver for growth in the world stage by increasing the footprint of AMS clients in India and also establishing India as a delivery centre for the world.

Vinod has 27 years of experience overall of which 18 years is in recruitment. He has been involved in client acquisition, setting up delivery teams and operationalizing various RPO programs for clients having global and local coverage in investment Banking, Financial services, Pharma, Engineering, Media, FMCG sectors. He built a strong India business from a scratch to a team of over 1100 employees before acquisition by AMS.

Vinod has a Masters in Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines. He served in the Indian Navy as a Lieutenant for 7 years before anchoring in recruitment industry. He loves to create high performing teams that delights clients in a fun filled work environment where employees love to thrive. He lives in Mumbai, loves dancing and is fan of Bollywood movies.
