Edwin’s has more than 20 years of diversified experience and strong process background honed from various roles in Supply Chain in multiple industries and countries such as home appliance, telecommunication, Oil & Gas, and Energy. He is Lean Six Sigma, CIPS and CSCMP certified, with extensive Global Business Services, and Shared Services people management and process builder. He is a change manager and cost disciplinarian, managing multi-million dollar spend. Edwin has successfully set up new organizations in new businesses, migration of legacy ERP to new SAP ERP, set up of various Supply Chain hubs, drive and led buying process simplification and standardization, introduced and drove implementation of new ways of working with vendors to deliver QCD.
