Justyna is the Global Services and G&A Strategy Senior Director with clear focus on delivering business value through synergy of cross functional environment. Justyna was responsible for leading service functions transformation field across regions and subsequently moved into Shared Service APAC lead role to support set up of regional center for past 2 years. In her current role she is supporting GBS strategy for the company. She strongly believes challenging status quo and solution focus mindset is helping organizations in fast adoption to constantly changing business environment. Justyna has business management, finance and accounting background with 12+ years’ experience in transformation projects and business development across pharmaceutical, food manufacturing and business process outscoring industries. She is a lecturer at Lodz University for Business Management.
