Kurt is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in IT Service Management and Shared Services across Europe and Asia. He is passionate about building agile IT teams that deliver value-added services in rapidly changing business environments.

Currently, Kurt serves as the Global Head of Enterprise Services for Swift. Previously, he held the position of Global Head IT Service Management for The Adecco Group and Standard Chartered. He also led global IT Service Operations for BP and built IT Managed Services in AMEA for BT overseeing shared services teams worldwide.

In 2005, Kurt relocated from the Netherlands to Malaysia as Global Program Director for Getronics on the Shell account. He later became Getronics’ COO for Asia Pacific, responsible for providing IT services to clients such as Deutsche Bank, Dell, BASF, Barclays, Johnson & Johnson and Merck.

Kurt holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and has been working for multinational corporations for over 28 years.
