Group Director – HUB Jebsen & Jessen Group Services Sdn Bhd

Mandeep is the Group Director – HUB for Jebsen & Jessen Group Services Sdn Bhd (also known as The HUB) – the regional shared service centre of Jebsen & Jessen Group. In her current role, she oversees Jebsen & Jessen Group’s vision for Finance Transformation, which includes process transitions, streamlining, as well as value-add scope. The Jebsen & Jessen Group is an ASEAN-focused industrial family enterprise with a diverse network of businesses spanning manufacturing, engineering, and distribution activities. The group comprises five key business units, namely Cable Technology, Ingredients, Life Sciences, Packaging, and Technology.

Mandeep has spent the majority of her career in the Shared Services industry, embracing multiple platforms and diverse roles, which include Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Master Data Management, Order to Cash, and Service Management/Customer Account Management.

For over 20 years, she has been actively involved in process transitions, restructuring, ERP standardisations, regional Master Data process alignment, and productivity enhancement projects. She was a key member of The HUB management team leading the set-up of Jebsen & Jessen Group Services Sdn Bhd as the regional shared service centre during the peak of the pandemic in 2020. Additionally, she holds certifications as a Train-the-Trainer and currently serves as the Growth Mindset trainer for her organisation, excelling as a champion for Power Automate.

Mandeep's contributions have been instrumental in The HUB’s recognitions conferred by the Malaysia Management Excellence Awards, including "Team of the Year" in 2021 and "Innovator of the Year" in 2022 under the Business Services category.
