With 26 years at TNB, she has held various roles and has 6 years in Shared Services, leading the Service Delivery Department. Her expertise includes IT projects, business transformation, and digital initiatives like RPA and chatbots. She champions ESG activities, aligning with TNB’s Sustainability Pathway 2050. Nik Zanariah aims to enhance Service Delivery and TGBS through end-to-end digitalization, ESG initiatives, and seamless customer and employee experiences, aspiring to make TGBS the preferred Shared Services provider.
