Nyon Kam Yew is the Head of Global Business Services for APMEA & Europe for Kerry Group, based at KL Centre. He joined Kerry Group on 30 Sept 2024. He brought with him 32 years of experience in Shell, spanning across Downstream Business, Contracting & Procurement ( C&P ) and Shell Business Operations KL (GBS for Shell ). His most recent leadership roles including Global Operational Excellence Manager C&P Operations ( 2012 to 2014 ), General Manager Shell Business Operations KL ( 2014 to 2020 ) and General Manager Shell Lubricants Business Malaysia & Singapore ( 2020 to 2024 ). His leadership roles in businesses, functions and GBS shaped his leadership motto around Purpose, Passion and Pride. His main focus in GBS are People, Performance, Process and Partnership.
