As a former IT practitioner, Sik Kwang has many years of experience working across a wide spectrum of IT areas. He joined DHL Group during his time in Singapore, in the year 2001, enjoying various roles in technology projects across Asia and Europe. He returned to Malaysia in 2012. He is currently the Head of HR of DHL IT Services Malaysia & India, as well as the Global HR Business Partner for Express Solutions Department within the organization. He believes in embracing change and marginal continuous improvement to transform challenging situations into a success which is reflected in his motto of “difficulties only make you do it better” supporting by his 4 leadership philosophy: “Gegenpressing”, “Your Voice Matters”, “Put Others First” and “Respect & Results”.
