Yasmin Ramzi is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant, FCMA, CGMA, CA (M), graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia. She is a certified NLP and Lean Sigma Practitioner.

Yasmin started her career as a Management Accountant with Shell Malaysia, subsequently moved up serving in various management and leadership roles across regions, based in Netherlands and Kuala Lumpur.

Through 20 years of working experience in Multinational & Public Listed Companies (Royal Dutch Shell, Petrofac, Tenaga Nasional Berhad), she has led global market in Asia, Europe, Middle East, US; and people from diverse culture and nationalities. A Shell scholar, she received numerous recognitions and awards under her leadership from Shell, Petrofac, PETRONAS, CIMA etc.

On community front, Yasmin was elected as the first woman Chairperson, South East Asia Regional Board for the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants 2017/18 (a JV of CIMA and AICPA), served as Global Marketing Committee, Membership Services Committee, CGMA Examination Board for CIMA (2012-2019), Audit Board Member for Yayasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Islam Malaysia, Accounting Industrial Advisor for Multimedia University Malaysia (2015) and co-founder for women network OUC (Our Usrah Circle). A strong advocate on leadership, business transformation, education and governance; she is a frequent guest speaker, moderator and mentor. Her commitment to give back to the society includes supporting various non-profit organisations, education institutions and helping people to succeed.
