Diorella Jaana Silo - Bagacina

Dior is the Head of Compliance and Analytics of Coca-Cola Bottlers Business Services, Inc. (Manila, PH). Her team provides strategic direction and support to both the shared services and Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Inc in the areas of risk management, automated continuous controls monitoring, data analytics, insights and dashboard reporting. She is also the Data Protection Officer of CCBBS.

Under her leadership, CCBBS was awarded the Galvanize Impact Award in 2020 in recognition of innovative digital solutions on GRC that focus on business analytics leading to risk and opportunity identification, process streamlining, and savings generation.

Prior to this role, Dior was the Internal Controls Manager for Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Inc where she led enterprise risk management, SOX compliance, and digitalization of the internal controls function. In total, Dior has been in the Coca-Cola System for 15 years performing other leadership roles such as Cost Accounting Manager for Coca-Cola Refreshments North America and Corporate Audit Department Manager.
