Jhoan holds a Bachelor of Arts Major in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, Major in Advertising Management from De La Salle University – Manila and continues to hold Project Management Professional certification. She is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s degree in International Business from ESCP Business School. Outside of work, she is an avid yoga practitioner, a Haruki Murakami book fan, and in 2023 has started jumping rope.
