Maria Celina Acosta

Cel is currently the Chief Operating Officer of ANZ GSO Manila. In this role, she is responsible for the overall infrastructure and business enablement to support the Service Centre's Operations in running their business. In her capacity, she covers the areas of process simplification and automation, project delivery, data insights, business continuity, and infrastructure support.   Cel’s professional career has mainly been in the banking/financial services industry with focus on operations, process governance, process excellence/ optimisation, and project delivery with her various roles at Deutsche Knowledge Services, Citibank N.A. and Bank of the Philippine Islands prior to ANZ.   Cel holds a Master of Business Administration degree, Valedictorian and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics, Cum Laude, both from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
