Aneta is the Head of Global Shared Services at RHI Magnesita, responsible for company’s Global Shared Services function. She is managing under her umbrella E2E Process Ownership in Shared Services and Local Markets, all Shared Service Centers located globally, Continuous improvements and stakeholders management agenda for E2E scope in Attract to Grow, Plan to Make, Lead to Cash, Purchase to Pay and Record to Report areas. Aneta brings almost 15 years of experience of SSC/BPO in various areas of operations (managing large + 500 FTEs Teams), transitions, transformations and process management as well as organizations set up. Before RHI Magnesita Aneta spent more than 4 years at Coty starting as O2C GPO and then moving to Head of Global Finance Shared Services role, being responsible for E2E Finance GBS function for Coty. In the span of her career at Coty she had been in the drive of various transformation initiatives such as set up of captive center in Warsaw, Principal HQ set up in Amsterdam, various acquisitions and divestitures (incl. Wella divestiture) and most recently set up and transformation of Global Finance function under BPO provider. During her almost 10 years tenure at BPO provider Capgemini she had been working for various clients (incl. Fortune 500 companies) in operations, transformations and consultancy. All of this gives Aneta very good understanding of GBS agenda and vision from various angles incl BPO, SSC and Hybrid models.
