Executive Director, Global Source to Settle Lead, GBS MSD (UK) Ltd. (UK subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc., USA)

Hannah lead's the global Source to Settle function for Merck & Co., Inc., known as MSD outside of the US and Canada. She has worked at MSD for 16 years, and has been part of the Global Business Solutions organization since 2017. Throughout her career, she has had extensive experience in global transformation projects; from enterprise wide SAP implementations, to process transformation and organizational design. Her focus is on maximizing performance through operational excellence and technology, with demonstrated results - since January 2023 she has driven her organization's Paid-on-Time metric for PO suppliers up from 76% to 94%.
