Ignacio Madrigal Zuniga

Associate Director, Source to Settle Optimization Lead, GBS MSD Czech Republic s.r.o (Czech subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc., USA)

Ignacio leads Optimization teams within the Source to Settle function for Merck & Co., Inc., known as MSD outside of the US and Canada. He has worked at MSD for 8 years, and has been part of the Global Business Solutions organization since 2017. Ignacio started his career in Costa Rica and relocated to Czechia in 2020. Throughout his journey, he has managed operational teams and participated in large global projects, playing a leading role in the company's ARIBA implementation. He is passionate about driving optimized solutions through systems and process transformation, reinforcing a standard blue print with proven successful changes implemented across the Enterprise.
