My experience in building strategic processes have proven to me the importance of collective wisdom in defining the transformation journey for any organization. The Global Business Services organization is a new stage for my career, where I connect our strategic goals with business process improvement, digital automation and reporting. We are in the journey to transform GBS into a strategic function, strengthen ownerships of end-to-end processes, lead digitization initiatives, foster internal partnerships and redefine the GBS mandate.
