Elias Albino is the Head of HR for Syngenta’s Global Services and Solutions (GSS) organization and Global HR Business Partner for Finance, Productivity and Strategy, based in Basel, Switzerland. He has a broad range of experience in HR and business leadership, having worked in operations, country, regional, global and Group roles and managed teams in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and other areas. He has business partnered with a large number of senior leaders and executives at C level and coached and mentored multiple talent across the globe from Brazil to China in large global corporations such as Syngenta and DHL.
