Matt has over a decade of operational management experience across both public and private sectors with national and international assignments. Matt began his career in the manufacturing sector for Proctor and Gamble before moving into the Civil Service to manage enforcement operations for Border Force and HMRC across South East England. Matt then returned to the private sector to head up EU rapid improvement teams within Amazon's logistics business, specialising in process engineering and embedding Lean principles into operational routines. Matt then moved into food manufacturing to head up UK operations for a leading provider to all major high street retailers. Matt returned to Amazon to deliver technology upgrades across their EU fleet encompassing first, middle and final mile operations before moving into Ocado Logistics to lead the digital transformation of people operations and its impact on its ~20,000 users.
