Simon is the Managing Director of ELFS Business Services, an NHS organisation which provides a range of transactional shared services including AP, AR, Treasury, R2R, VAT, Payroll, Pensions, Helpdesk and IT systems support to its NHS customers. ELFS aim is to provide low-cost, high-quality solutions through the utilisation of automation, service transformation and shared service delivery to generate cost savings for customers which can be re-directed to front line patient care. Simon has over 22 years’ experience in Business Process Outsourcing delivery, account management and systems implementation/development for both Public and Private sector clients, working for organisations including Accenture, Capita, Sopra Steria & Liberata.
