Steve Fox has been a Finance and Human Resource Leader for three Fortune 200 companies over the span of 28 years. His industry experience includes; Pharmaceutical, Technology, and Life Sciences, most recently as VP Global Business Services at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Steve has set up and lead shared service organizations since 1993 in both the Finance and HR functions. His experience includes setting up and leading shared service centers on five continents, both green and brown field, in the areas of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Hire to Retire.

With a focus on driving continuous value and operational effectiveness, Steve has concentrated on developing a workplace culture centered on employee development, stakeholder engagement, data driven insights, and simplifying.

Steve is based in Southern California and routinely travels to all points necessary to connect with his colleagues. For recreation, he enjoys virtually all sports, getting his feet wet in the Pacific Ocean, and collecting vintage vinyl and books.
