Stuart is a member of the People & Places Executive Team, as Colleague Success Director and People Platform Lead. He joined LBG in 2022 following stints with IBM, The Coca-Cola Company, EY and Accenture. Stuart is an international expert in Cloud enabled Business Transformation, Digital Organisation Strategy, Digital HR, Shared Services and Operations, leveraging Cloud based HR solutions. An immigrate to the UK, Stuart is originally from South Africa, but has also lived and worked in Poland, Turkey, New Zealand, Australia and India. He has also had extensive stints in the US and Western Europe. At LBG, Stuart leads the following teams: People Platform team evolving our investment in Workday & SNOW and leading on our Colleague Experience Colleague Connect supporting our line managers with wellbeing, conduct and conflict resolution People Risk and Operational Resilience People Operations and People Supplier Management. He serves on the SDC, Changing Together and Fintech Advisory forums and recently represented P&P on the Gold Incident Management team. Externally he has built a reputation as a thought leader on HR and emerging technology including the ethical use of AI in the workforce. He has a long record of working in race and diversity including bridging the digital divide in South Africa, mentoring numerous ethnic minority individuals, and serving in an advisory capacity for LEAD, a South London based charity that helps those from deprived backgrounds enter the workforce. As one of few senior Black executives he is an active and vocal campaigner on social media supporting the elimination of racial discrimination. In 2023 Stuart was named as a REACH Role Model in recognition for his work in this space. Stuart is married to Anne and has two children – Alexander who is currently studying at Bangor University, and Katherine who is working towards her A Levels.
