With over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, he has established himself as a thought leader and innovator.

As Mindsprint's Chief Executive Officer, DK brings a wealth of expertise and strategic vision to the company. His priorities include expanding Mindsprint's capabilities in emerging technologies, fostering customer growth across industries and geographies, and cultivating a culture that attracts top global talent and creates a great employer experience.

Prior to his role at Mindsprint, DK served as the CEO and MD of Birlasoft Ltd, where he successfully scaled the organization towards their billion-dollar target. He also served as the COO of Birlasoft prior to being the CEO of the company and this involved divesting their legacy businesses and charting a course towards next-generation digital services; DK's vision and leadership were instrumental in repositioning Birlasoft as an 'Enterprise Digital' company.

DK also held the position of Vice President, Transformation Services at HCL, where he spearheaded business and IT transformation initiatives for clients in manufacturing, travel, transport, and logistics. His expertise in strategic outsourcing and digital initiatives, coupled with his experience in global delivery and cloud collaborations with CSC, contributed significantly to HCL's success. Prior to HCL, DK led several strategic initiatives at Ericsson Hewlett Packard Telecommunications (EHPT), where he oversaw the launch of multiple Telecom Retail Billing Products.
