Len is the Head of Business Excellence of Coca-Cola Bottlers Business Services (CCBBS). Her team primarily supports CCBBS operations through review of potential new scope projects, business process mapping, documentation, and optimization through continuous improvement initiatives, plus innovation through automation programs such as Citizen Development and Robotic Process Automation (RPAs). Len has been in the Coca-Cola system for 15 years, with leadership experience in the areas of process improvements as Business Process Manager for Coca-Cola Bottlers Malaysia, finance as Fixed Assets Delivery Lead for global operations in Coca-Cola Far East (CCFEL) and CAPEX Manager supporting all bottlers under Bottling Investment Group, and internal audits as Corporate Audit Department Manager for CCFEL.
