Natalia Purba is a change management leader at Shared Services Pertamina, with a background rooted in accounting. Graduating in 2004, she began her career as an external auditor at Ernst & Young Indonesia before joining Pertamina's Finance Directorate in 2007. Throughout her tenure, Natalia has been pivotal in numerous transformative projects within Pertamina, including SAP-ERP implementation, Shared Services establishment, IFRS adoption, and restructuring initiatives. Pursuing an MSc in Business Analysis and Strategic Management from the University of Manchester, she enhances her strategic competence. Currently, Natalia leads the Change Management Team at Pertamina Shared Services, overseeing seamless implementation, system updates, and process refinement across the organization. Her focus includes leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and customer-centric solutions.
