She has a long association with Tenaga Nasional, given that she has served the company for 26 years in various capacities. This experience of almost 3 decades also includes assignments in different tasks & functions of Tenaga across 6 different divisions such as Distribution, Finance, Transmission, Procurement, Human Resource & TNB Global Business Solutions (TGBS). In the many positions that she held, she has always spearheaded the formation of strategic direction & initiatives, and played an active role as a change agent to transform & turnaround the processes and culture towards excellence. Currently, she is holding the portfolio of Head of Operation in TGBS, overseeing business strategies & operations of departments such as Property Management, Fleet Management, Corporate Affairs, Procurement, Finance, Business Support, People Services, HealthCare Services & Security Services.
