Dennis Lui was appointed Chief Executive of VITAL Shared Services (VITAL) on 1 April 2020. VITAL is the Central Agency for Corporate Shared Services in the Singapore Public Service, and a Department under the Ministry of Finance. VITAL serves over 110,000 public officers across 100 Ministries, Departments, Organs of State and Statutory Boards in the areas of finance, human resources and procurement.   VITAL collaborates with corporate policy and system owners such as the Public Service Division and Accountant-General’s Department to streamline and review policies and processes for greater efficiency.

Vivek Veeraraghavan, Senior Vice President- Digital Transformation APAC, Northern Trust

Vivek is the Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation APAC at Northern Trust who manages a team of global cross-functional Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Business Analysts, Project Managers and Automation Developers. He is certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & Green Belt with core competencies including strategic leadership, project management, data analysis, statistical modelling, program management, continuous improvement, and quality training. Vivek has a total of 18+ years of corporate experience in large companies like Northern Trust, Fidelity Investments, AXA Insurance & First Ring.

Davis Ng, Senior Manager, Solution Consulting, Creator Workflows, Asia, ServiceNow

Davis has two decades of IT&T experience in providing technology consultancy and implementation services across a wide array of clients in Hong Kong, China, and Asia. He is passionate about helping his clients to drive their digital agenda and make IT become business relevant. He has the experience to drive organizational adoption in digital transformation initiatives and has helped over 100 customers with customer success as his top-of-mind priority. Currently based in Hong Kong he has also worked in Shanghai, Singapore, and Taipei.
