Started his career in 2007 in Avon Finance Shared Services Center in Warsaw, continuing in Global Shared Services of Oriflame where he was responsible for extension of services portfolio of an in-house SSC, simultaneously managing its Operations in Asia. Experienced in design of new processes, improvements and automatizations as well as in implementation of global projects. Till the end of 2017 in a position of BPO Contract and Relationship Director in Oriflame, actively engaged in Finance and IT outsourcing project at all its stages. Currently the Head of SSC of a German company TRUMPF – global leader in industry lasers technology.
