His expertise extends to multiple business areas, including Finance Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Internal Controls. Aaron's career highlights include successfully spearheading six major ERP (SAP) implementations across various global regions and leading transformative projects that resulted in significant cost reductions and effective change management.

Aaron is on the path to further academic achievement. He is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and is expected to graduate in May 2026. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the same institution and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
