Background & Experience:

Aaron brings over 30 years of diverse experience overseeing critical financial functions at Airbus Helicopters Inc. in North America. With a track record of strategic leadership and team management, Aaron has honed his Finance, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and Purchase-to-Pay processes skills. His expertise extends to multiple business areas, including Finance Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Internal Controls. Aaron's career highlights include successfully spearheading six major ERP (SAP) implementations across various global regions and leading transformative projects that resulted in significant cost reductions and effective change management.

Education Growth:

Aaron is on the path to further academic achievement. He is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and is expected to graduate in May 2026. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the same institution and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

Strategies & Value:

Recently joining the finance committee of My Possibilities, a non-profit focused on empowering adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Aaron brings his strategic insight and financial expertise to the table. Aaron also joined Hairapy as the Finance Board Officer, a non-profit organization that provides therapeutic mobile salon services to adults and children who have experienced physical, emotional, or mental health hardships. He contributes to crafting and implementing finance strategies, managing risks, overseeing audits, and shaping economic policies. Additionally, Aaron provides invaluable support in investment decisions and fundraising initiatives, contributing to the organization's mission.
