Abhishek and his team assist enterprise clients (including GBS leaders) on topics related to outsourcing deal structuring, price and contract benchmarking, strategic engagement reviews, sourcing/vendor cost rationalization, and GBS/GCC setup deals. Abhishek’s responsibilities include providing executive leadership for broader vendor selection and contract management engagements for Everest Group’s enterprise clients globally.
