Adam is a P2P GPO with over 12 years experience in area of Source To Pay, Business process transformation & optimization, Change management and involving modern approaches and technologies to the P2P area. Adam joined Rockwell Automation January 1st, 2024 with mission to merge global strategic sourcing and global accounts payable teams aiming at leveraging synergies and creating holistic strategy & technology roadmap for spend optimization and working capital improvement. Previously, Adam spent over 10 years in ArcelorMittal holding roles of growing responsibilities, In his latest assignment of Procure to Pay Director he was delivering operations for biggest steel plants in Europe and not only. Among the others Adam drove OCR, RPA implementations and S/4 Hana as AP BPO. Adam is a very proud father of his first son, Jan (1). He is an incorrect “petrolhead” keen on drifting & car repairs, squash and basketball playing.
