Global Process Owner RtR (Record to Report) ISS World Services

With over 18 years of experience in finance, project management, and finance transformation within SSC structures, Aleksandra has built a distinguished career working with global organizations such as Coca-Cola, Zoetis, Philips, Infosys, and ACS Xerox.

Throughout the past decade, Aleksandra has held leadership roles where she successfully led diverse teams, managed complex projects, and implemented impactful changes that drive measurable results. She has also successfully managed the transitions of finance activities across the world, ensuring smooth and efficient integrations.

In her current role as RTR GPO at ISS, Aleksandra is passionate about optimizing and standardizing financial processes. Within last 4 years with ISS she developed global RTR Standards, and drive its implementation within ISS entities across Europe, Asia and Pacific. She spearheads initiatives that ensure operational excellence and deliver value on a global scale.

In her free time, Aleksandra likes to explore the nature, taking photos and gardening.
