Anna Wijatkowska is an accomplished leader with a robust background in HRO and business transformation. Currently serving as the Associate Director of HR Service Delivery for EMEA at Becton Dickinson, Anna has a proven track record of success in building and executing HR strategies and structures across the region.

During her career Anna was responsible for the end-to-end ownership of HR operations processes for the EMEA region, including operational excellence, project management, and HRO vendors relationship management in both HR and payroll areas. Throughout her career, Anna has led organizations through startups, transitions, transformations, and changes, maintaining high levels of engagement and open-mindedness within her teams.
