Head of Global Processes, Global Business Services Kraft Heinz

Carol currently serves as the Head of Global Processes at Kraft Heinz GBS, overseeing end-to-end process ownership for critical areas such as Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Account to Report, and Hire to Retire. With over 10 years of expertise in Shared Service Centers, Carol has a proven track record in driving process transformation, managing process delivery, and fostering continuous improvement. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Carol played a key role in establishing and optimizing the first captive GBS at RHI Magnesita. Her contributions included setting up and later refining the shared services organization through a commitment to service excellence, process improvement, and cultivating strong business partnerships. As a seasoned senior leader, Carol is a staunch advocate for effective people management, placing a strong emphasis on professional development through coaching and continuous learning. She is passionate about championing diversity and inclusion, recognizing them as integral components of a thriving work environment.
