Dorin has more than 15 years experience in designing big scale transformation programs for Global companies from across multiple industry sectors. He is specialised in operating model optimisation including GBS structures design, consolidation of services in captive or outsourced centres and defining transformation strategies aiming for continuous process improvement and effectiveness. He has a Master Degree in Accounting Management from Economics University of Bucharest, he is a Fellow ACCA member and Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
