Dominik is Director Global HR Service Management at Bosch. After his master’s degree in business administration at Mannheim University, he started his career in 2011 by entering the Bosch Group-internal trainee program. Via different HR- and leadership roles, he gained experience in automotive, machinery, software and now in service business. Leading the global H2R Service Management team, he is currently responsible for strategy development and service management and has managed several global projects on the way of Bosch’s GBS transformation.
During the 13 years since their introduction of HR shared services, BOSCH had to adapt to continuous change and transformation, to meet the evolving needs of business and associates. This session will introduce the Bosch GBS - and H2R strategy which guides the way for their success. You will learn about digitalization and automation as an integral strategic pillar. From GenAI to Low-Code platforms, tools are reshaping work at BOSCH GBS. Beyond a central team for digital HR transformation, Bosch established decentral "Digi Agents" to focus on operational efficiency: A grassroots initiative empowering associates to create, maintain, and adapt their own digital solutions. This reduces pressure on central teams, fosters ownership, and drives innovation. The result is a more agile organization. While central teams focus on high-impact initiatives, operations solve their own challenges efficiently.
