Elias led +150 strategy projects for GBS/ Shared Services and conducted did fieldwork in 48 countries and 350 cities globally. He advised the likes of Coca-Cola, Maersk, McDonalds, PepsiCo, Shell, and Standard Chartered on GBS. His expertise includes location strategy, feasibility analysis, portfolio optimization, process allocation and implementation. Elias combines robust methodologies with deep practical insights, focusing on “what really works”. He is an independent Shared Services/GBS advisor since 2020. His background includes leadership roles at Price Waterhouse, Andersen, Deloitte, and Colliers. Elias is recognized an SSON Research & Analytics’ Expert. He lectures on International Business Strategy and is a member of the Site Selectors Guild.
