Eva-Maria Nagel brings over 20 years of HR experience in various roles and a profound understanding of HR processes. Currently serving as the Vice President HR Operations and Systems at the Festo SE & Co. KG she oversees key operational functions including Employee Services, HR Shared Services, Payroll, HR IT, Analytics, Mobility Management, Training Management and HR Excellence. Prior to her current role Eva-Maria was responsible for Digital Learning, Knowledge and Competence Management and led strategic initiatives to globally harmonize and digitize Performance, Competence and Talent/Succession Management based on a central HR IT platform. Her dedication to personnel development and the facilitation of change processes has been a trademark within her career at Festo. As Head of HR Excellence and Strategic Projects she could continue that by building a new HR function with focus on HR Strategy development and deployment, HR Project Management, Process Optimization and Change Management. Currently Eva-Maria and her teams are driving global HR transformation projects with regards to standardization and digitization of HR Processes, Systems and Organization. With her extensive experience at both strategic and operational levels combined with her passion for leadership, Eva-Maria is committed to consistently drive the continuous improvement in HR, with focus on delivering excellent and efficient HR Services and a compelling Employee Experience.
