Farah Abu-Hijleh is an experienced HR professional with over 17 years at SLB, currently serving as the Head of Global HR Services in Paris. She began her career as an HR Analyst, which provided a strong foundation for her subsequent HR leadership roles across various regions and organizations within SLB. She holds a Master's Degree in International HR Management from Kingston University and has completed executive education at Columbia University and the University of California, Berkeley. Farah's approach to leadership is grounded in effective communication and positive disruption.
