Franziska Juliane Schneider is the Vice President of HR People Services at Infineon, where she is responsible for leading HR Shared Services and HR Digital globally. With a strong background in HR and Sales, Franziska brings a unique perspective to her role, having managed complex transformations and built strong partnerships throughout her career.

As a seasoned leader, Franziska has a proven track record of successfully leading diverse, multicultural teams across the globe. Her experience living and working abroad, including a two-year stint in Porto, Portugal, has given her a deep understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a global business environment. She is adept at navigating complex cultural dynamics and has a talent for fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented teams.

Prior to joining Infineon as a HR Business Partner for Sales and Marketing, Franziska gained valuable global experience in HR and Sales, including managing a significant transformation from a direct sales organization to an indirect sales organization, and developing effective partner management strategies. Today, she leverages her expertise to drive HR innovation and excellence across Infineon's global HR operations.
