Gabriela Stanakova, EMEA GBS Director at Kimberly Clark, and Krakow center lead. Experienced lead, with close to 19 years of working in business services & supply chain environment. Gabriela joined K-C in May 2018, responsible for building new center in Krakow. finding the right talent for K-C and ensure smooth go-lives for operations in scope while delivering the fuel for growing K-C. Prior to joining K-C, she held several positions in Mondelez International for 9 year. She was responsible for delivering excellent Procurement Operations across Europe as well as leading Procurement Transformation, introducing and implementing new way of working , driving changes in the organization, implementation of new purchasing system. She believes in and admires diversity and authenticity, strongly embracing any agile approach while taking smart risks and developing new solutions. She is personally very interested in building powerful teams, supporting well being and work life balance. Gabriela graduated Master Degrees in Economy and Pedagogy (Economy University and Comenius University in Bratislava).
