Senior Director, GBS Global Source to Pay operations at Kimberly Clark, since November 2022. Joined K-C in 2018 as Director, GBS EMEA, responsible for building Krakow center, finding the right talent for K-C and ensure smooth go-lives for operations in scope and operational excellence to deliver the fuel for growing K-C. Prior to joining K-C, Gabriela was Director, Procurement Operations Europe & Procurement Transformation lead Europe in Mondelez International responsible for delivering excellent procurement operations across Europe as well as leading Procurement Transformation introducing and implementing new way of working , driving changes in the organization, implementation of new purchasing system. Gabriela is an experienced lead, with close to 21 years of experience in business services & supply chain environment. She believes in and admires diversity and authenticity, strongly embracing any agile approach while taking smart risks and developing new solutions. She is personally very interested in building powerful teams, supporting well being and work life balance.
