Joanna Hrycaniuk

A seasoned leader with extensive experience in the Business Services sector, Joanna has dedicated over 20 years to shaping and implementing organizational development strategies. Her expertise includes change management, process design, project and program management, team building, and fostering an inclusive and innovative work culture. Joanna began her career at Philip Morris International (PMI) in 2005 and currently serves as Director of Strategy and Program Delivery, and the Site Lead for Krakow. In her current role, Joanna oversees strategy creation, leads strategic initiatives, and supports GBS growth. Before joining PMI, Joanna worked at Lufthansa GBS. Joanna holds a degree from the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and has completed an Executive MBA at the Krakow Business School, part of the University of Economics. She enjoys traveling, skiing, and biking.
