Prior to that studied radio engineering in the British Military and served across the globe on operations for over 12 years. With an impressive track record in business & stakeholder management and operational efficiency, Jonathan has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and streamlining processes within the organization. Jonathan's expertise lies in aligning business goals with operational capabilities, ensuring service excellence in the portfolio offering, charging, performance and objectives are met, within budget. Jonathan has established a collaborative and innovative work environment within Nokia Business Services and with key stakeholders across the business.
