Jules joined ASML in 2021 as head of Finance Shared Services CoEand since April 2024 leading the ASML Business Services (ABS) Capability Center. In this role he is responsible for achieving operational excellence across ABS in the US, Europe and Asia.Before ASML he has been working as a consultant in the GBS/Shared Services industry for over 20 years, setting up Shared Services/GBS organizations in multiple industries. ASML is an innovation leader in the semiconductor industry. We provide chipmakers with everything they need –hardware, software and services –to mass produce patterns on silicon through lithography. ASML has over 43,000 ASMLemployees, spread across offices in more than 60 locations worldwide. The company’s headquarters, located in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, comprises over half of all employees.
