Julian has over fifteen years’ experience in delivering transformational GBS projects, both from his time in industry with Nestlé, and in consulting as part of EY’s EMEIA GBS practice. His focus is on GBS strategy, design, implementation and optimization with the world’s largest Consumer Product & Retail organizations. Julian’s areas of interest include developing thought leadership, and enabling clients to drive further value from GBS through customer-led design, digital enablement and expansion into new services, such as Commercial GBS.
